Nestled between bustling businesses in Grand Junction, our location offers convenience and accessibility for your events. With 1200-1600 square feet, our venue comfortably accommodates gatherings up to 75 guests.

About Us

Have a question? Here are some of our most commonly asked questions.

The max capacity is 70 people. Any event with over 50 people needs a security guard. Failure to provide one will result in an additional fee charged to the card on file.

Only one bathroom is available, so be mindful of others.

Wifi for connection to high speed internet, kitchenette for food prep and storage, one bathroom.

Parking is available directly in the front of the building and in the rear of the building. Parking lot next to venue is also available.

Currently, any vendors are allowed.

Rental hours are between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. Entry to the venue is 30 minutes beforehand. Cleaning of the facility is allowed for up to 1 hour after the event is over.

Cancellation is available with a 2-week advance notice for a full refund. Any cancellation between 1-2 weeks notice will incur forfeiture of half the deposit. Canceling the day of the event will receive NO REFUND of the venue price, only a security deposit.

If the venue is not returned in an acceptable, clean fashion, we will collect the full security deposit. If you need extra time in the venue, please let us know so we can accommodate you and not interfere with other guests’ bookings. Charges for extra hours will be charged at the regular rate and added to the card on file.
